wd123 is required under its international licensing obligations to implement and enforce Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. All Members are subject to identity verification before withdrawals are processed, and wd123 may request verification at any earlier point at its discretion.

KYC submissions are typically reviewed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours during standard WIB business hours. wd123 is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or unclear KYC documentation submitted by the Member.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by wd123 may result in Account restriction, suspension of withdrawals, or Account closure. wd123 will return eligible Real Funds to Members whose Accounts are closed for KYC non-compliance, provided the funds can be returned to the original deposit source.
All Account balances on wd123 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in the Member's own name. wd123 does not accept third-party deposits.

wd123 does not charge a processing fee for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own interbank transfer fees, for which wd123 accepts no liability.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day depending on the payment method selected and the Member's account verification tier. Members may set their own voluntary deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming settings in their Account.
If a deposit does not credit to your Account within the expected timeframe, you must contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number, the amount transferred, the date and time of transfer, and the payment method used. wd123 will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit failures within two (2) business days.
wd123 does not accept foreign currency deposits. All transactions must be denominated in IDR. wd123 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers before funds reach wd123's payment processing system.
wd123 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified Members during standard WIB operating hours are typically processed within five (5) to twenty (20) minutes, depending on the payment channel selected.
To withdraw funds from your Account, you must:
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible. wd123 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards, or payment methods not registered in the Member's name.
Standard minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and may vary based on the Member's VIP tier and verified account status. Members wishing to withdraw amounts above standard daily limits should contact their account manager or support team in advance.
wd123 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. wd123 will notify the Member of any such delay and provide an estimated resolution timeframe.
wd123 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this clause.
wd123 monitors all Account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to extract bonus value without genuine play risk, using automated betting software in conjunction with bonus credits, or coordinating activity across accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, wd123 may void the relevant bonus, forfeit associated winnings, suspend the Account, and/or require repayment of any withdrawn amounts derived from abusive behavior.
New Members may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. Specific percentage, maximum value, minimum deposit, eligible games, rollover requirement, and validity period are published in the welcome bonus promotion terms at the time of registration. wd123 reserves the right to modify or discontinue the welcome bonus offer without advance notice to non-registered users.
wd123 operates a six-tier VIP loyalty program offering cashback, faster withdrawals, dedicated support, and exclusive events. VIP tier eligibility, monthly turnover thresholds, and benefit structures are described in the VIP Program terms, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. wd123 reserves the right to modify VIP tier requirements and benefits with thirty (30) days' notice to existing VIP Members.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, which are accessible within each game or market interface. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that bet type.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and are displayed at the point of bet placement. wd123 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific Members at its discretion, particularly where a Member's betting pattern is identified as professionally exploitative of pricing errors.
wd123 reserves the right to void bets placed at materially erroneous odds or on markets published in error. Members will be notified of voided bets and their stake returned. wd123 will not profit from its own pricing errors; bets at obviously incorrect odds will always be voided rather than settled at the published figure.
Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time during a fixture. Bets accepted before a suspension notice is displayed are valid. wd123 uses commercially reasonable measures to ensure live market accuracy but accepts no liability for bets placed based on inaccurate in-play data arising from third-party data feed errors.
Asian handicap (voor bola) markets, over/under, 1X2, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets are governed by wd123's Football Betting Rules, which are published in the Help section of the Platform. In the event of conflict between Football Betting Rules and these Terms, the Football Betting Rules prevail for sports-related disputes.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the wd123 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:
wd123 may suspend or restrict a Member's Account at any time without advance notice where it suspects breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other conduct that places other Members, wd123, or the integrity of games at risk. wd123 will notify the Member of the suspension and provide an estimated investigation timeline where lawfully permissible.
Following investigation, wd123 may permanently close an Account where a serious breach of these Terms is confirmed. In such cases, wd123 will return any Real Funds balance to the Member minus any amounts that are subject to forfeiture under these Terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon termination for breach.
Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any outstanding Real Funds balance will be returned to the Member via their most recent verified payment method, subject to the satisfaction of any outstanding Wagering Requirements. Closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. wd123 will attempt to contact the Member via the registered email address before applying a monthly administrative fee of Rp 10.000 to dormant Account balances. If the balance is reduced to zero, the Account will be closed. Members may reactivate a dormant Account by contacting support.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wd123 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable to any Member for:
wd123's total aggregate liability to any Member for any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Reminder: Gambling involves inherent financial risk. wd123 does not guarantee winnings. By placing bets, you accept the risk of losing the amounts wagered. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
wd123's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.
Key data practices relevant to Members include: KYC documents are retained for the period required by our licensing authority; transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes; marketing communications are sent only with your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.

In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to contact wd123's customer support team in the first instance. wd123 will attempt to resolve all disputes informally within ten (10) business days of receiving written notification from the Member.
If an informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute may be escalated to wd123's licensing authority in accordance with that authority's dispute resolution procedures. Members retain the right to pursue legal remedies available to them under applicable law.
Any claim or cause of action arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform must be filed within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this limitation period are time-barred.
